Frequently asked questions
What is an HLR lookup?+
An HLR (Home Location Register) lookup queries the mobile network to determine whether a number is valid, active, reachable, and which carrier currently serves it.
How is it billed?+
Each definitive lookup costs a fixed number of credits, deducted atomically from your balance. Transient provider errors are never charged.
Can I process large lists?+
Yes. Bulk jobs run in the background and you can pause, resume, or stop them at any time.
Do you have an API?+
Yes — a REST API with the same fair scheduling and billing as the web app. See the API docs after signing in.
Is my data safe?+
We only store and return a safe, sanitized subset of network attributes. Sensitive fields are never exposed.
